Read for
Success (RFS)
If you've ever seen a child's eyes light up in excitement when they learn to master new words, you'll understand why we believe in our Read for Success programme so much.
Most kindergartens and even parents teach phonics and reading incidentally. Children learn sound in isolation and don't often connect new sounds or those they have previously learnt.
The hallmark of our Read for Success phonics-based programme is our methodological and sequential teaching of phonics, starting with the basic sounds and progressing to more complex ones.
Furthermore, as not all English words are phonics-based, we incorporate the use of high frequency words that will build children’s confidence in learning how to read. The variety of interactive and fun activities will keep your child engaged throughout their learning and enable them to build confidence when expressing themselves.
